    FOR SMALL ANGLE GRINDERS


    These diameters for small angle grinders allow construction professionals to cut various materials reliably with up to 4 times long life compared to Bosch "Eco for Universal Segmented Diamond" discs.

     What are the characteristics and advantages of these discs?
    • They allow workers to make up to 4 times more cuts than Bosch "Eco for Universal Segmented Diamond" discs thanks to the Bosch Diamond Technology 
      The optimum quality diamond grit tackles the toughest materials (concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, stone) while remaining effective over a long lifespan 
    • The low friction segments are designed to minimize wear: the fluting removes dust and reduces unnecessary grinding on the sides of the disc 
    • As segments are self-sharpening thanks to Diamond Technology, the discs maintain their superior cutting power and sharpness: as segments slowly wear, new diamonds edges are exposed 
    • For the strongest connection, the segments are laser welded onto a hard steel body, providing a lasting and very reliable weld 
    • An X-LOCK interface allows users to save time in changing the disc

     Bosch technological know-how: Bosch Diamond Technology is based on Bosch expertise in Diamond Tools Development and Manufacturing.
     What does this technology allow? It allows a disc or a wheel to stay sharp and at its best over a longer lifespan.
     How is Diamond Technology developed with Expert diamond cutting discs?
    • Selection of diamond grits and optimization for the application (size, quantity, etc) in order to ensure sharpness and long lifespan for the cutting discs
    • An advanced metals matrix is combined with these diamonds grits to make the cutting segments. The segments are then laser welded onto a hard steel body*
    • The optimum layout of diamond grits within the matrix creates the self-sharpening effect when cutting materials(scroll down for more details)
